Valentino's Italian Pizzeria

I use to have a good rapport with this pizzeria. I order a small pepperoni pizza and it had a long, thick, fuzzy hair like substance cooked in the tip of the crust. Kinda resembling something like a tail but it didn’t appear that it was an animal. I ordered this while I was at work, so I couldn’t leave. I called them and sent pictures. I wanted a refund and they refused. I was in shock. Businesses need to be held accountable for serving bad and potentially bad products. I still don’t know what it is. I bit into it, YUCK!!!!

Ordered a meat sub for pickup. Requested onions to be added which they did not do. Hardly any sauce on the sub, and when we picked it up, the girl had to hand the sandwich through a tiny plexiglass window. Instead of telling me to raise the glass (or do it herself) whe just kept gesturing for me to lift it without saying a word- I guess the staff there doesn't talk. It was a weird experience and we won't be back.

This place was exactly what you would expect a place like this to be... Which is great in my eyes! If you're in the mood for some fried and delicious American food, this is your spot! The fries were still crispy even after I let them sit out for 30 minutes and got cold! That's how you know the fries were good! The staff was also very friendly and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. 10 out of 10 recommend!
