Too bad. I had high hopes and opted for here instead of Outback. The staff wasn’t friendly at all. It was ironic to see them all wearing shirts that said, “I love my job”, and not one person was smiling or happy. they seemed annoyed they had to be there. They were out of a few things we wanted. Our waitress forgot several things and our steaks were cooked wrong. Our booth underneath was gross, as were the bathrooms. The food tasted ok but I don’t eat inside a restaurant for just the food. I can get that to go. I eat there for good atmosphere and service.

Okay so let me start this rating talking about the service. Our server name was Jamie. This gentleman made our experience. I have NEVER received service that was SO attentive, respectful, energetic, and passionate about making the customer experience his priority! His attitude was infectious and and regardless of everything he had going on ( which was a lot) he made us feel like we were his only priority. Jamie you have won our hearts and us as customer regardless of where you are! Now to the food. Mini me had the burger, his mom had the ribeye steak and I had the Chops. First, no one finished their meals because the yeast rolls was and always will be the BEST! Complimented by the fried pickles. My son mom had 2 margaritas with her dinner. Steak was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Mini me burger was HUGE! I was killing his steak fries because they were awesomely seasoned. Best location in San Antonio. Was busy during dinner rush, although once seated we were quickly taken care of with drinks and appetizers. We did have to ask a few times utensils, napkins, and appetizer plates as it was not brought when we were seated.
