Worst hotel experience ever. I have never stayed somewhere where I literally could not sleep because the walls are so paper thin I can hear every movement and word of my neighbors. It is almost comical. Our check in was very unprofessional, the girl had large amounts of snacks laid out all over her desk and was eating as we walked in. The ceiling fan is covered in thick dust. Luckily it is too cold to need to turn that on. I would have been happier at a lower-end hotel because I have had more pleasant stays at those kinds of places. The only good thing is the proximity to the downtown area.
Such a lovely Inn. Hannah and her staff were beyond amazing. My husband and I will definitely stay there again. Our reservations were originally for three nights, my husband and I decided to stay an additional two nights and with Hannah‘s help there was no problem whatsoever. We got to stay in the same room too. The rooms are so cozy and very clean. How lovely it was to have that at “home feeling”, I separate living room from the bedroom and a TV in each room.
Beautiful event space. Great courtyard. Unfortunately no overnight hotel staff. I’ve never heard of hotel without night staff. A fire alarm went off late at night and could not be turned off. No hotel staff could be reached by the fire department to turn off the alarm. It wasn’t fun, I think it took more than an hour. So loud, everywhere on the property. Also one staff member seems perpetually unhappy, and unaccommodating. Hospitality is tough. Might need a better fit.
