Delicious but some curious choices like sweet tomatoe jam on brucetta. Staff is great. You can park in the hotel next door. You will likely not finish your dish. Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: No Takeout: Yes Delivery: No Curbside pickup: No … More
Ok…… I feel bad writing this review because to be fair, I didn’t let my server know I didn’t enjoy my food and therefore there was no chance for them to make it right. I hate being the person who complains about my food, especially that evening because I felt under-dressed for the atmosphere and feared they would think I was trying to pull a fast one and get a free meal or something lol. The hostess treated me kind of coldly when I walked in as well, so I already felt a bit out of place and uncomfortable. But… I have to let people know that the ravioli I got here at Tulio was possibly one of the worst tasting meals I’ve ever been served at a restaurant… It was SO shockingly bland and flavorless. I don’t even think they so much as salted it. It just tasted… nutty and oily. Which checked out because the “sauce” was literally just oily, crushed nuts. I will say I did have the bread to start and that was pretty good, and the pickles it came with were tasty. But it’s hard to mess up bread.
WOW….. What a meal. Mussels that are so good and the size of a small car, and a lamb shank that is second to none. Highly recommend this place.
