Fresh and colorful, True Food Kitchen is a fantastic dining experience. The best Turkey Burger I've ever had. My wife LOVED the Good Earth Kale Cobb salad. Already want to go back, even after just leaving. Great service and delicious meals. Vegetarian options: Salads and Veggie burgers

Outstanding, fresh and light food. Very healthy and diet friendly options. No butter, no Fryer and no microwave. The fish was amazing and so was the chicken and mozzarella panini. Outstanding service too as they brought samples to our table. Try the ice green tea.

This was our first time here and we were ordering from the winter menu. We were so impressed with so many healthy, delicious items on the menu. Our server was incredibly prompt and pleasant and made our whole first time dining experience awesome. We ordered the butternut squash soup to start and then a turkey burger and the quinoa bowl. I can’t say enough about how delicious the food was. This is definitely top of the list for a place to come back to. There were so many things on the menu that we want to try. It will be interesting to see how the menu changes for spring.
