Shake Shack Summerlin

Didn’t seal my Uber eats order order#260196. Two order of fries overcooked/cold. Plus both chicken sandwiches also overcooked/cold. You would think for the price I would receive some type of condiments or sauces. I received nothing. Very disappointed in the quality and service of this restaurant. It’s always a bad experience.

Everytime I come here, I leave disappointed. They have such a solid looking menu and then your food comes out. I decided to try their chicken sandwich, which was more of a slider. The chicken was juicy, and very well executed. It was half the size of KFC's, coming close to double the cost. For the price, might as well go to Honey Salt. At least you'll be served there, and not eat of a tray liner and pan.

Beautiful experience at a new (to me) ShakeShack in Las Vegas, NV. The food was excellent, photo worthy... but I was starving and didn't take any. Joe was working the dining room and he was on top of it; getting refills, delivering orders and cleaning tables. I highly recommend stopping here if you're hungry and in the area. You won't be disappointed.
