In general, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a pretty good place to get fresh and energizing smoothies, although its food is probably as high in calories as other fast food. This location is pretty nice and has a friendly staff.
I asked for 2 smoothies and 2 Flatbread sandwiches. I only got one of each then on a separate transaction I got the other smoothie I ordered. AND then a third transaction for the sandwich which resulted in me paying more than I should have because a smoothie is only 3.50 if it's with a food item. AND I was waiting almost 30 minutes. Very disappointed. And my sandwiches were made inncorrectly. Tried calling to fix the issue but no one will answer. Will not waste my money at that location again.
I was there the other day and one of the workers didn't even bother to see what I wanted to order, the Latina girl just walked straight by and she watched me full in my face as she walked by, her customer service is low as can be!!
