Charleys Cheesesteaks

Employees always have an attitude, always out of stuff (today it was ONIONS) and they literally mess my order up every single time. Idk why i keep trying. Oh and charged me $1.50 for a CUP of water. My fries were hot tho.

First off let me say, I love the food at Charleys. Most of the time I have not had an issue with my order. The biggest problem with this location is the employees. I get it, I work CS too and it's not always easy to be friendly but hey, it's the job. Every time I go here I feel as though I am an inconvenience and the staff seems to be dumbfounded that I am ordering food. The ambiance gives the impression that there was some huge argument just before I arrived because they don't want to speak to customers or to eachother. I think I maybe got two barely audible sentences during the whole interaction. Due to the bad atmosphere, I will stick to other locations. The Old School sandwich was amazing and I always love watching how it's made.

Both guys cooking the food not wearing hair nets. Stood at register and was ignored for 5 minutes.. they saw me.. they chose to ignore me. There was hardly any steak on the sandwich. Horrible
