The food is just wonderful! The salsa is fresh and the spicy pepper tacos are not only hot but hot with an amazing flavor! I'm told the burger is incredible also!
We decided to try a local restaurant to help support & promote lical businesses. It makes it difficult when you enter a restaurant/bar and immediately you are made to feel like you are not welcome. We sat ourselves in the bar area after waiting in the dining room to be seated. We were greeted as if it was a burden to have us there. We asked if there were drink specials or a menu, the server just rolled his eyes said "no- we have margaritas." When we received our entrees, not very good. What I witnessed as other customers walked in they were told they stop serving at 8:15 & they close at 9. I saw customers turned away and made to feel uncomfortable. I would imagine that the owners need to revisit their business plan. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. All puns intended. Seek out another local business to support.
Really nice place. Higher quality food but missing authenticity. Chips and salsa tasted like bagged and canned goods. If you're local, not a bad place to frequent. More than 20 minutes out, there are dozens of other options.
