The Lodge Muskego

Took my parents, daughter and Aunt there tonight for dinner. Mackenzie was our waitress who was so great! Food was delicious! After dinner I asked my mom if she wanted a piece of cake for dessert since her birthday is tomorrow. Mackenzie came back with her slice of cheesecake and “Happy Birthday” was written on the plate in strawberry syrup. It truly made my moms night! Just a great little place, friendly service and delicious food!

Went there for the first time last night. Didn't come away very impressed. Ordered 4 old fashions which is one of their specials. three sour and one sweet, two with olives and two fruit. All four came back sweet and no olives in any. She did say she would go get some olives but never brought any back. I would also say it was very hard to taste any alcohol in any of the drinks. The second round of drinks didn't go any better. Fish fry was just average, Black bean burger was dry and came with no type of sauce. Hamburger and cheese steak were good. Over all a nice place but not one you would say lets go back. Average drinks and fish fry and service by our waitress (I'm sure not all) was not good.

Overall a pretty decent place for a bite to eat and a beer. Hardly any options for people that are vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian...you are basically limited to the black bean burger or salads with no protein options (unless it is a Friday when fish is an option.) That being said the black bean burger was delicious and the others in our party really enjoyed their beef burgers as well. Pretty decent beer selection for a dine-in pub too. We loved the decor and theme inside. Our waitress was also very friendly. Overall we would go back but would love to see a couple more non-meat protein options. Vegetarian options: The only ones are the black bean burger or salads with no protein. The only day they have fish is Friday (that one really surprised me).
