Tre Monte Restaurant & Bar North End

We decided to try this restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, we never got the opportunity to try the food. We made a 6:45 reservation through OpenTable and the restaurant was clearly severely understaffed. There was no one to check us in until around 7:00, and it was not until 7:15 that they had a table available for us. Given the slow service the tables around us were receiving, we were concerned that we would not be eating for a while and decided to leave to get food elsewhere. I wanted to leave an OpenTable review. However, even though we checked in at the restaurant, they canceled our reservation later that night so I was not able to leave any feedback.

Had a reservation for 3 on Oct 7 at 8.45 pm, we were greeted and told the table would be ready and then abandoned for over 20 mins, and the person in charge didn't bother even acknowledging the fact that they were keeping us waiting for such a long time (no apology, not even eye contact). We walked out as we couldn't be bothered to be treated so badly.

My boyfriend stopped in to Tre Monte Restaurant and Bar for drinks while waiting for a reservation at a different restaurant. This is a quaint restaurant in the North End neighborhood. We can't speak to the food but the 2 ladies next to us told us that their food was delicious. Our bartender was great! We would like to come back for food in the near future.
