Toulouse was marvelous! I loved the vibe, the attentiveness from the staff as well as their kindness. The food was delicious, I got the French Toast Brioche that were super good! And as a shareable we got the garlic, shallots, chardonnay, butter, thyme mussels that was out of this world! Everything was amazing. The drink we both ordered was called French 77 that’s bombay sapphire, pomp & whimsey liqueur, fresh raspberry & grapefruit, lemon, sparkling wine. We ordered French fries and they were the most perfect fries! Thank you!
Uptown location, nice neighborhood. Loved my waiters, they were attentive & quick with their service. The food did not do it for me. Lifeless & flavorless. I have to say this spot is overrated and overpriced. I am willing to try a second time and perhaps I'll feel differently.
Visited the Plano location more often, but was a nice change to come to the uptown area. I usually get the mussels every time we go to Toulouse. This time, I tried the one with coconut broth which was reminiscent of Thai flavors. Delicious but not what I expected from a French restaurant. Great service as usual even on a busy night.
