This ramen restaurant is so good and delicious! I've been coming to this location for years (there is another in Holladay) and it never disappoints. The broth is so buttery and creamy. It just warms and fills you up. I love the ramen noodles. The pork just falls apart because it is so tender. I get the tonkatsu ramen.
Tokyo wings: 8/10 the flavor was amazing. Wasn’t very spicy mostly sweet but wasn’t a problem. It was crispy. The perfect amount of crispy. With golden brown color. It was perfect. Soft meaty texture and a great appetizer. It come with 6 but they gave me 5. Wasn’t unhappy with the portion tho. I think 5 was actually perfect given I want trying to get full. For the 7.50 price. I’d say is perfect for 6. The ramen was amazing. The broth was perfect. Great heat to temperature ratio. Meaty and with enough noodles. I was surprised by how sweet the mushrooms were. Tasted like candy such I actually liked. Different but good. One of the best ramen I’ve had. There should give both halves of the egg.
The food definitely has the potential for being good and delicious. The meat was a bit dry. But the broth says we amazing. They brought out appetizers and forgot one piece of our chicken appetizer. It tasted amazing. They did end up bringing one single piece out to us on a cute tiny plate, which honestly was a little weird. The decor also needs some work. Very brown inside with not a lot to look at, kind of under bearing. But cute and unique for sure.
