Toshi's Teriyaki( Burien - Fred Meyer)

This place is a little hole in the wall in the same parking lot as Fred Meyer. You almost miss it because the signage is simple and small. The table was a little wobbly, the decor is inspirational "live laugh love" and the music in the dining room is early 2000s pop hits. It's really wholesome and welcoming, if a little outdated and corny. The service is next level friendly. You feel like you've walked into your neighborhood Teriyaki house and would come back for lunch once a week for the next decade. The food is so fresh, expertly prepared, and the portions are generous. I will absolutely return to try the sushi, udon, and beef rib teriyaki. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and tofu options. Kid-friendliness: Kids are enjoying lunch in the dining room as I type this. It's quiet enough and they seem happy.

We spontaneously went out on Christmas Eve and saw that they were open. The service was so friendly and fast, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

I used to like their yakisoba teriyakis, not anymore. Too much sauce was added the last two times I ordered and couldn’t eat it all. Will not order again.
