I think they are new owner.. the foods was top notch. came in with a group of 8. Everyone in our group was happy! :)
Pho Lily is one of the best Pho places in the Seattle area. Not only is the family wonderful, but the broth is super flavorful and the meat is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend checking them out.
I've been coming here since I was in high school, I used to come at least once a week and ordered the same thing and the husband remembered my order! But now I switch up my order more. I always get a smile and wave and a how are you from the wife either from the kitchen or out in the restaurant if she comes out. All the staff are so nice and the food is great! My 5 year old asks to go here every week.
