Ordered from door dash, got the regular bowl, good portion but the tuna and salmon didn’t seem to be fresh due to the taste and texture being fibrous.
My first time trying food from here. I ordered via Grub Hub so had no idea this was a place in a mall food court, I would have hesitated ordering had I known, I'm glad I didn't know. I ordered a build your own bowl, with shrimp and spicy tuna, and lots of other fixings. It was delicious and just the right amount of food. My one disappointment was that they don't offer any desserts, a missed opportunity for them.
I ordered through doordash. I will start by saying they give a generous portion of protein. That doesn’t matter much when you have to remove it because it tastes rotten. I also ordered 2 Ramune sodas (Japanese soda) which I was notified after placing my order those weren’t available and that they would refund me by putting cash in the bag with my food. I never received the money and had to go on doordash to report missing items. Overall they’re unprofessional, serve old fish, and unreliable. I will update this is 24-48 hours if I end up with food poisoning since I’m already nauseous after eating two pieces.
