Awful chipotle to do mobile orders with. Ordered double steak and got less than what I paid for, undercooked rice, and our order wasn’t even ready when we got there. 0 out of 5 stars because the $15 burrito wasn’t even good. Very Disappointing. We love our chipotle too.
I come to this Chipotle frequently because I work so close....problem is not the people they are always so kind and helpful...but the food is lacking. Half of my orders I'm satisfied with, they are great and the other half...not so much. It's almost like they don't care during the week when they aren't busy but during the weekend during peak hours they care that the food tastes good...I love you guys but...not all the time
Food was over 30 minutes late. Workers were overworked and rude, including the manager. Chips were hard and the worst I have ever had at Chipotle. We won't go there by mistake again.
