Had the jasmine tea palmer, fried cauliflower, tomato ramen, and mapo tofu ramen. It was all pretty tasty. The jasmine tea palmer was really refreshing and not overly sweet (how I prefer it). The tomato ramen was something different and tasty (probably wouldn't get it again). The mapo tofu ramen was rich and creamy. It was really enjoyable, but not spicy and not at all like mapo tofu. Overall, it was a decent meal, but there's much better ramen around PVD
Please get a working phone. When I wanted to order online, it said that the restaurant is not taking online orders. I know they are open based on hours online. So I called multiple times. No response. I decided to just place the order in person because I do like the food so much. This has been a problem for many months so I wasn’t too surprised. I placed an order for Tom yum ramen, one chicken and shrimp. I get home and I see that there is no shrimp in the broth for shrimp Tom yum ramen. It’s okay they forgot, even though they wrote on the container (see below). I called again to notify them of my situation and see if they could do anything to remedy it. They again did not pick up. It is disappointing that I can’t get a response. I am a loyal customer. I know things are busy and mistakes happen. But I would like some compensation for my incomplete order that I paid for in full.
Friendly staff with good food. Points of improvement: 1. Don't mixmatch the karrage chicken bits. Feels like Parts were cut up and refried or heated up because I can't find the other half of the parts. 2. $16 for spicy beef ramen that wasn't really ramen.. it was a mix of taiwanese beef noodle and pho with ramen noodles. 3. Chicken in the sando was good. But I would definitely have it constructed so that the chicken is the size of the bun. There are parts of the chicken sando that's cut up at the edge. I understand that it was trying to be squarish. But it's sloppy anyways, so just leave it on. Good points, fast service, quick turn around, something's do taste good. Bathroom is clean and places to hang coats.
