Tommy's Pizza

By far the worst pizza I ever had, dry, a whole pizza is missing pepperoni and cheese. I called and they said that they talked to their cooked and he said he thought the pizza looked good. They offered me a $5 credit. They were extremely rude and nonchalant about the whole situation. Never eating here again. And to make matters worse mt kids hated the pizza and they love pizza.

We ordered through door dash and when we received our order two of three pizzas were wrong and two were burnt along with the sub. I called the store because I have a food allergy and this item was on our cheese pizza on the first slice I picked up. There was a young girl who answered I told her we just got our order from door dash she interrupted me and said you need to call them there is nothing we can do. I explained to her they made my order wrong and with items I’m allergic too she said it doesn’t matter. I asked her name she said I will not tell you who I am I asked to speak with a manager or owner I was told they were too busy and they would tell me the same thing she is telling me. Then I was told I could sit on hold for 15-30 min if I wanted to talk to them. I called back after reaching out to door dash and they blocked my number. I have always went to campus and Never had this issue with customer service or bad food!! This was my first and last time at the dublin locat

Tommy's has great pizza, subs, etc. This location is the only good Tommy's in my opinion. The Dublin-Granville location has been a family favorite for years. Though the food is phenomenal, it is sad to see they no longer offer dine-in services and do not have consistent business hours. We have traveled over 40 minutes in the past to get our favorite pizza, now it seems this is longer an option unless we drive back home and settle for lukewarm food. Unfortunately, this restaurant is possibly on it's way to closing permanently. Or, at the very least, has decided to stop offering a friendly dine-in experience to its loyal customers.
