It is freshly cooked daily and not the frozen foods. Nice quality and great taste! I like both Sushi and Hibachi grill!

I've been twice now for sushi. First time I got the salmon poke bowl, this time a couple of rolls. The rolls are very good but the poke bowl was GREAT! Haven't tried the hibachi yet.
