Not very professional. Ladies in the kitchen are aggressive. You can hear them yelling from the kitchen. They refused to make my order to go because they had already served it on the plate and it wouldn't look right. When ordered a to go special, they didn't allow me to change my mind and eat it there. Customer service is definitely not their priority. The food may be good, but without good customer service, I will not be back. There are dozens of other restaurants to go to.
I ordered 12 pupusas at 3:35pm, they told me it would be 45 minutes. I arrived at 4:30pm to pick up my order and it took till 4:45pm for the waitress to attend me and tell me my order was not ready yet. I didn’t receive my order till 5:02pm. Food was decent, nothing special, definitely not worth a long wait.
