They are normally pretty good however the last time I was there not so good ..but I will try it again and see how it goes..

I came here for a simple carne asada burrito. Asked the man what it came with he said just the meat and pico de gallo with gaucamole… I said ok that’s fine just add beans. 5min late order was done. I get to my destination.. the burrito is over stuffed with meat and oily. A little bit of gauc and pico de gallo at the very bottom and no beans at all. Of course I tried to eat what I could cause I hate wasting food most of it was thrown out and extremely oily.

I went to Rubalcabas today in the hunt for good flavorful Mexican food. I found this hidden gem through my hunger search. Don’t judge the place by it’s cover. It’s a simple little place but the staff is friendly and you can tell the chef knows how Mexican food should taste. The way he prepared it and cooked the food says it all. The pozole was good as the people in the comments mentioned. The pozole was my favorite from what I ordered. All the food was delicious and prices are affordable and portioned great!! Definitely going back there again and try something new from their menu
