I had a coupon for a free donut with the purchase of a drink. I showed it to the cashier. She took my phone but when she couldn't make the code work, she tried to charge me for the donut. I've had this experience happen at other places and if the coupon didn't work, it was still honored.
Employee was totally rude!!! How on earth does a Tim Hortons not have ANY doughnuts? Zero, not a one? That's absurd! And to be rude about it, get serious. What a joke. Just close now and fire what few but extremely lazy employees now and turn the building into a smoke shop.
I'm getting really tired of my coffee consisting of just milk and syrup. My wife and I try this place every few months to see if the turnover of employees has helped l, but to no avail. The coffee is consistently terrible and they are out of products just as much. This place used to be very good and could still be.
