Sonic Drive-In

They were short staffed only had 2 people working an a long line. But they rocked it!! I came at 2:14pm on Sunday ! 6/26/22 your staff need a bonus the two that worked with no help they work!! Younger man an I think a girl was with him. Super sweet! Didn’t let the rush bother them get to them! Busy it was insane busy. Huber heights sonic you rock!! Ask I drove 23 mins just to eat here I’m happy I always come help

This location is always problematic or has less than great customer service. Today I sat in the drive Thru for 10 minutes with cars behind me before pulling to the window and seeing one girl in there. She opened the window and told me they weren’t opening until 5 because the opener got sick and so how she’s opening. I was calling the phone prior to deciding to pull to the window and there was no answer to that either.

This location is always so slow and you’d think that means they’re cooking food fresh ? Nope. I’ve gotten food from the drive thru and in door dash that’s cold and moldy. Then today I go for drinks on the way to work and there’s cones blocking half of the pull in spaces and one car with no driver blocking the drive thru speaker and a car blocking the drive thru window - again with no driver. One employee was standing with their back to the drive thru window. So y’all don’t want customers today ?
