I really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered the three course meal. My first course was a bass crudo, which was very refreshing and loved the mango chips. The main course was the tenderloin that was medium rare. It was tender and perfectly seasoned. Then I had the chocolate tart for dessert, which was surprisingly light and with copious cream and passion fruit. The service was very welcoming and kind.
Love this place! Every cocktail I've ordered has been spot-on, and the dishes always bring together unexpected flavors. The brunch menu includes chilaquiles, which you don't see everywhere in the Twin Cities. Tilia also has a thoughtful kids menu and not particularly expensive. Top it off with kind servers, and it's well worth it.
