Employees were very nice, food was very expensive for what you get. We ordered our food and the order came out wrong and didn’t look like the picture on the menu. We asked for it to get fixed but there was a huge confusion so we just ate what we had before the rest of our food got cold.
Favorite Tijuana flats location. Meals have never been messed up. Meals are always fresh, including the chips. The employees are pleasant and appear to work hard. Excellent management is being done at this location.
We really enjoyed this place. Today I tried something different and wasn't happy with it and the manager made me something different. He brought it out with a smile on his face. That is the kind of customer service that you need! And it's a little expensive so we don't eat here very often. But when we do it is always great.
