After waiting in line for over 30 mins you still managed to get my drink wrong. Already making me late I was unable to go back to have it corrected ): Why is it taking this long? I don’t understand your system as there are always like 4 different people working on different things. One person on one order to avoid confusion..thanks. Update - so I gave this location two more tries through Uber eats but never again, three strikes & you’re out. Once, you didn’t complete my order & luckily I was refunded by Uber, the second was you literally made my drink with more than half of it being just ice & foam. For the cost, that is trash & I will never be wasting my money at this location again.

When you order iced venti drinks they don’t fill them all the way it’s 1/4 cup empty and say it’s foam that disappears If your gonna pay $6 for a cup of coffee you expect it to be full. I’ve had this happen on 7 occasions. Sometimes they have an excuse sometimes they say oh we should add more almond milk and than add it.

I live right by this location. Less than 5 minutes so it's my go to Starbucks. They hardly ever mess up a drink and when they do it's an honest accident. I have gone throughout the day and experienced the different shifts of people and let me be the first to say I have personally witness them ALL work hard! I'm a regular customer and they make a real effort to know me by name. There has been a few rare times were I have forgotten my wallet and offered to come right back and they have just given me my drink for free since they know I come everyday. Today I ordered a cinnamon coffee cake. They realized later on they were all out so they gave me TWO cheese danishes instead. So thoughtful and kind of them!!! They even walk around to the guests who are dinning in and offer them water. So cute!
