Tijuana Flats

I’ve came here 4 times already and it’s always a pleasant experience. This location is new and I love the little space outside. There are tables and umbrellas to enjoy your meal solo or with a friend or two outside. They are doing construction in the next building over but thankfully there isn’t much noise. The inside is decorated with bright, colorful, beautiful artwork from the community. Definitely several talented artists nearby. The customer service is great and they all seem to work well as a team. They offer great suggestions and are very friendly. I recommend this spot especially if your are hungry and driving through (50) - Colonial Drive in traffic.

Hopefully I will be able to change this review but over the last six months it has really just gotten worse and worse. The to go was so bad that we actually planned on it being 15 minutes late than the pick up time and I guess 15 minutes was not enough. It was 30 minutes late this time and the meat is less and less every time. It’s a shame because we love this place and we go to it very often but not sure what’s happening. If you get to go I would plan on picking it up 30 minutes after the time that you were told

Staff is rude, food is greasy! This is the 2nd time I have eaten here and returned home an hour later with food poisoning. This location is the worst one. 3 weeks ago I had the privilege of meeting the regional manager and he saw how nasty my food was and I was not eating it and refunded our card and gave us a gift card. Needless to say that was good service recovery but leaving sick isn’t. Unfortunately, I’ll never return to this location every again.
