I stopped in to try the New Real Country Style Rib Sandwich. It was pretty good, more of a smokehouse flavor than BBQ. Not my favorite sandwich. Staff was friendly and the sandwich came quickly. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of parking.
More positive experience at this drive-through, although I wasn't asked nor did I receive any sauces for my sandwiches.
Had a birthday email. Manager rang it as a free sandwich, not fries & shake. Said I couldn't use coupon for lower priced sandwich w/b. d email. When told amount, I said I wasn't paying for fries & shake as they were free. Manager said she hit wrong key then they had asked if it was to go. I said yes, to go but they didn't make it to go but dine in. Not a pleasant experience!
