Tijuana Flats

This evening we placed an online order of 2 entrees, 2 drinks, 1 appetizer, and 1 dessert. Upon curbside pickup, they delivered my order without my drinks and went back inside to get the drinkd. Then I noticed that my bag contained someone else's order so I went back in to let the staff know. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to remake my order when it could have been done correctly in the first place. Not once during my wait in the store did I ever get an apology for the mix-up. Historically, I've had good service here but it's slowly decreased as time passed.

Food is great! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very clean. I had the the Megajuana ground beef burrito loaded and it to die for and my wife had the crispy shrimp tacos and they were awesome. We can't wait to go again!

I honestly never get lucky to have the right order when it comes to ordering Togo.. I ordered chicken quesadilla, no jalapeños and no guca but all other toppings already inside the quesadilla.. I get home with my order just chicken and cheese. Missing the lettuce, sour cream, and pico.. this isn’t the first time I order Togo and it’s wrong.. but when I dine in, it’s always right.
