First, time visiting this establishment and the Food was awesome as well as Fresh. I will make sure to visit again. Customer Service was Exceptional Sincerely, Dr. Kimberly Mouton-James PhD
Food is good, register girl was nice. Management is lacking. Cook Girl behind counter was rude and belittling. They don’t give you any chips, you have to pay extra for it. My son ordered cheese enchiladas, but you have to pay extra for the enchilada sauce that should already come in it. Absolutely no complimentary anything except ketchup and hot sauce packets. Customer service is quite poor. I’ll never go back. Very steep competition for tacos in this town, shouldn’t be treating your customers like you do.
Fajitas were burnt and the refried beans looked like they were reheated 10x. Took almost 20 minutes for the food to come out even though they were almost empty. At $35 for fajitas for 2, might as well head to a traditional restaurant for better food and almost the same price. Gross bathrooms to top it off. First and last time for our Fuzzy Experiment.
