Very empty for a Saturday night dinner, but it filled my need for pho. I found the meats to be tender. And flavorful, but the broth a little bland. They were out of sesame balls for dessert.
This is one of my favorite restaurants, a gem in the Beacon Hill/Columbia City. The food is outstanding; this include my personal favorites like chicken congee with ginger (rice porridge, it's what Asians slurp when we feel under the weather...similar to American chicken soup.), oxtail soup served with pho, and vermicelli bowl with grilled meat, fish, and egg rolls pictured below. Oooo so good!!
A really nice solid place to get pho, banh mi's and a good deal else. Friendly service, and really nice atmosphere.
