I was super excited to try 2 of the 50 flavors, and I still think The Wing Experience has potential, I just don’t want to go back unless the quality of the wings improve. My wings were too crispy, a bit on the dry side, and very small. Even the fries were a mix of good and a little burnt. Overall, I’m dissatisfied.
My wife was there waiting for over 10 minutes and noone bother asking to take her order, but they were quick to serve the white man who just walked in
Great wings but horrible ordering service. Every single time my order is wrong and I need to return just for the correction to be wrong too. Some of the most incompetent kitchen staff I have ever encountered.
