Tried this place out and it was pretty good. Definitely interested in going again. Our server, Evan i think his name was, was extremely friendly and nice. We started off with the shirt rib sliders which were excellent. Also tried the soup of the day which was roasted red pepper soup and that was pretty tasty, kinda like a tomato soup but pepper. My wife had the lobster mac n cheese. I have had plenty of lobster mac and cheese and this one was not one of my favorites. It seemed kinda bland and the cheese was kind of grainy, this happens when you use pre-shredded cheese because it has an anti clumping powder on it. I had the fish n chips which was the special of the day. It was really good tasting, but the fish was small strips so there was a lot of breading per fish. The batter they use is very good though. We are very interested in trying some of the other menu items. Hope to see you guys soon!
So me and my daughter were coming back from her college registration down and Hawking. I told her to find a place when we were heading back home and this is what she found. The atmosphere is awesome and the food is excellent the appetizer ahead was called a lobster pierogi. It definitely was not a pierogi like you would think of. Almost tastes like a version of clam chowder with lobster as protein. The waitress we had was very energetic polite and awesome to service us.
Good food. 90% of staff are great. Be prepared, they love CNN to be on their TV's. Gotta try the nachos, love the taco salad with chorizo, walrus fries too. Honestly haven't had a bad meal here yet. Been coming for past several years now. Parking: Paid parking lot across the street.
