The Switchboard Restaurant and Bar

I’m beyond impressed with the food and drinks here. The ambiance is cozy and unique and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. We got the Brussel sprout appetizer which were some of the best Brussels I’ve had. We also got the fish and chips and the Hawaiian plate with chicken and rice. Every flavor hit the spot. I can’t recommend this place enough.

DINE IN ORDER: Switchboard Burger wasn’t cooked to order and the spicy fries had no seasoning to them, just spice. Poke Bowl was okay but I asked for no chop sticks and still got them. Service wasn’t good at all because people came after us and were served exceptionally. Not good AT ALL! I had to go to Jack in the Box to makeup for the horrible service and cook of my food.

Spectacular decor and great tasting food! It’s attached to a Hilton affiliate hotel lobby, which I wasn’t thrilled about but everything else was perfect! We ordered the coffee flight which was cool to compare their flavors side by side. The lavender latter was also very good and sweet so make sure you like that stuff. The loco moco was amazing and the breakfast sandwich looks simple but executed very well and especially like the inside toasted buns! Will come Back again.
