Personally, I don't care how good the cuisine tastes because it starts with customer service and as far as The Saucy Hibachi is concerned; AWFUL!!!! Poor professionalism, hung up in my face for inquiring for the managers information for booking for an event. "Im doing something right now" then hung up. If this is how business is conducted, you have some work to do and you should consider guidelines for your employees handling matters as such otherwise, continue to lose out on good business.
fantastic quality especially for price. my favorite late night meal comes from their tofu entree. even when i ordered doordash within an hour of closing (i am so sorry, i didn’t realize how long it would take), the food came out delicious and hot. 11/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone who asked, as they are a consistent source of quality food even late at night Vegetarian options: they offer a tofu and veggie entree which is consistently tasty :)
We savored every bite of the hibachi tofu fried rice, fish hibachi fried rice, and chicken hibachi rice we ordered for takeout. The flavors were superb and exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Bringing the food home to enjoy in the comfort of our own space was an added bonus, making for an overall wonderful experience. We enjoyed the meal so much that we will definitely be placing more orders in the future.
