Years ago they had great customer service and excellent food quality but as of 2023 the entire staff is unprofessional, lazy and rude the food is absolutely tasteless I recently got a Deluxe St.Paul the only taste was the butter on the bread. The chicken wings still have the hair all over them and the in store prices are $3+ higher than the prices they have online. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone complete waste of money, time and a trip from west county.
The worst service ever!..I ordered a half plane fried rice l, no egg, white onion and green onion and add bean sprouts and an extra bean sprout..I did not get my extra bean sprouts. Then the little girl got an attitude with me telling me I didn't ask for extra bean when I did also she told me if i wantedextra bean sproutsi should had said i wan them on the side?!..i told her i wanted extra bean sprouts..I'm mad because I gave them a tip for gratuity just for cooking my food and I didn't get what I asked for.. plus the young lady had the nerve to argue with me..I will not go back there again!
My first and last time going. I order sesame tofu fried hard. Waited for 40 minutes and to get home and it was regular fried. Upon leaving the employee told me to make sure I give 5 star. Never and the fact that it had good flavor it may have been good. I guess I’ll never know!
