Penn Station East Coast Subs

I was there when the food was being made and somehow my bread was soggy and the fries weren't crispy either. I also asked the chick that took my order for a cup of honey mustard, before I left I asked TWICE if the honey mustard was in the bag which she kindly said yes it is. Once I got home I didn't see any cup of honey mustard. I understand forgetting to put it in the bag but flat out lying and saying you put it in when the customer asked for confirmation is wack. won't be going back to this location even if I had a coupon for a free sandwich, fast isn't good when the food is sulky and the order is incomplete. Do better.

They weren't crowed but service was slow and could have been friendlier. The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming. My sandwich was good though.

I ordered a large teriyaki chicken sub. The chicken was hard and over cooked. Mushrooms was melted down to mush. There was to much sauce on the bread. The fries was cold, greasy, over cooked and too salty. I returned the food and got a refund. If you can't cook. Please get out the kitchen. Won't be returning.????
