The Real Thing

This food is absolutely delicious! I am very particular when it comes to my shrimp cheesesteaks and I must say this was beyond my expectations. I have not had a good cheesesteak in a very long time and I have found my new cheesesteak home. The owner Tony is such a pleasant and hospitable gentleman and I would come back just to see him. Thank you Tony and your crew!

No good road trip is complete without a solid food stop and this one did not disappoint! My friend has been preaching that Baltimore cheese steaks are better than Philly ones. So he sent me to this spot seeing as I was going to be in the area and I had to give it a shot....for science. This is by far the best chopped steak I've ever had. The roll was baked slightly, little mayo, lettuce, meat mixture (peppers, onions and mushrooms), cheese and homemade hot sauce. Sheeeeeeessshhh The sandwich was called "the REAL one"...a name I found quite fitting.

The Cheesesteak was absolutely phenomenal. Recently I've had bad experiences with Cheesesteaks from other spots because they lack flavoring the actual steak. Not @ The Real Thing... the meat was seasoned and then my man added that special hot sauce, wow! The roll was so soft, light & fluffy... I was told that the onion rings were homemade... well they were delicious as well, nice and crispy how I like them.
