The Orient Restaurant

Perry hall location***** I’m 8 months pregnant and struggling with things tasting good, and I have been trying to find a Chinese restaurant that I really enjoy. I found my go-to tonight. Everything from the customer service, to the delivery, to the way they packaged the food was top notch - and I wasn’t waiting for an hour and a half! The food was absolutely phenomenal and hot with lots of flavor! Thank you so much, we will be ordering again soon!!!

I went there last night and was totally disappointed! The General Tso's was soggy and contained mostly breading. The shrinp egg roll tasted like it was old and refried. I used to love this place, but probably wouldn't return. I like the one on Bel Air Rd. much better.

I normally order the same dish,every once in awhile I may order something different. I have been a customer for at least 8- 10 yrs. The food use to be consistently good especially when they were at the old location across from the library on York Rd. Since the move to the new location on York Rd, it's hit or miss. I have been to the one on Belair Rd and it's the same. Sometimes, good, Sometimes not. I ordered at the York Rd restaurant a few days ago and my rice was overcooked. I keep asking for extra spicy and I get mild. Sigh!
