The Purple Cow Restaurant (Cantrell Rd)

Fast friendly service, horrible food. I've eaten at 2 other Purple Cow restaurants in Central Arkansas, and neither had this poor quality of food, just the burger. It tasted like a thick overcooked frozen pattie. I ordered the five alarm burger and they put some type of nasty canned, old tasting Rotel on it as "salsa" and the Chipotle mayo tasted like hot sauce, like they forgot to add any mayo to the mix. This burger was gross. Maybe they were having a bad week? I won't be back to this location.

I have never written a bad review for a restaurant before until now. I came in from out of town with my 2 year old because I thought this would be a fun place to bring him. We waited over 20 minutes at a table to be greeted, and the server had walked past us at least a dozen times with no acknowledgement. I would chalk it up to being busy, but they were able to greet a family of 5 right next to us instantly as well as a family of 4 and an older couple as well. I shouldn't have to wonder if we aren't being greeted because I'm a single mom and he thinks I probably won't tip, or because maybe we look poor because we've been in a car for the last 8 hours. The manager took care of us finally, but we weren't checked up on and our check had the server's name on it, Parker, so he got my tip but did not do a single thing for us other than collect my money. I work in the restaurant industry and am absolutely repulsed by my experience here. 0 stars.

Well, very disappointed ???? in this location. Upo entering the establishment, the floors looked TERRIBLE. Food, trash and dirt were obvious. The floors looked like they hadn't been mopped in days. Several tables were messy from previous guests. Seriously... is management on vacation. Not to mention there were 5 (yes I said 5) delivery drivers waiting to pickup takeout orders. So, in the hustle and bustle, my order was accidentally given away. ???? Can you believe it? Yes, disorganization and chaos was evident. I suggest writing the food item on each box and confirming the order before it is placed a the bag. Now back to my order. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes and my order was NOT CORRECT! Needless to say, it went home with a JACKED-UP order. Thank You Cantrell Road Purple Cow. ???? We'll
