Weirdly expensive for the worst Mexican food my husband and I have ever had. How is this place rated the same as El Porton? Food was flavorless. “Grilled” chicken enchiladas had little hunks of boiled chicken and nothing else inside. Husband had ground beef tacos and said the meat had no seasoning. Queso was so thick we mixed salsa into it so we could dip overly thick tortilla chips into it but since neither had any taste, it didn’t help anything but the consistency. Terrible service when the restaurant was mostly empty. Can’t think of one redeemable quality. Over $40 at lunch for 2 people with no alcohol.
I was really looking forward to enjoying a great lunch. I haven't been to CM in years. The food was mediocre at best and the service was very average. They still have the best chips and tomatilla salsa in town!!
