Owner, Jeff, bestowed old fashioned, neighborly service by coming to our table and engaging in conversation as comfortably as if we'd all been friends visiting his home. The food was plentiful and delicious. The pizza wasn't greasy or salty. Very wonderful experience overall.
My son loves good pizza so when I am with him we stop for lunch and get some pizza from some place new. We try out every new pizza place we see. So we came to The Pizza Store in the Alicia Town Center. We ordered a large pizza, extra cheese and 3 kinds of meat. We also got a pitcher of craft beer. My son is the manager of Native Son, an upscale beer pub with 27 kinds of beer on tap, in Santa Ana. The pizza arrived steaming hot, right out of the oven. It had a generous amount of cheese and was loaded with the meat toppings. It was Honestly a great pizza, both my son and I really liked it. What a great lunch, spending some time with my son and eating some truly good pizza.
Have been going to the Pizza Store for over 40 years. When owner retired the new owners kept the store going with the same quality food. Saturday I had a xlg works pizza, spaghetti & meatballs and zucchini sticks delivered and where sadly disappointed. The pizza had very little toppings and cheese, zucchini sticks were mushy and spaghetti flavor was poor. Am not sure we will return, maybe just a bad day or new owners.
