Unbelievable. Never I had such a bad service.
The food was delicious! The lemonade was watered down. And my margaritas was very strong. The service was good. The atmosphere was laid back and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience.
The caesar salad had fresh lettuce, 1 shred of cheese, tasteless, packaged croutons and bottled dressing. I've had salad in a bag with better flavor. The "lava cake" isn't! It's a KFC type chocolate bundt cake that they squirt chocolate syrup into and plop a scoop of poor quality ice cream on the hole to cover their sins! I expected so much better from Crowne Plaza!
