IHOP

Where do I start on this place because it needs corporate to go down there & fix the whole place. For one the prices went up but how do they justify that if the following is all wrong w this place. No soap in the bathroom they had hand sanitizer in its place. I was thinking what's wrong w the soap so I opened it up & saw the hand sanitizer in the soaps place. Go to Target & buy some if you are out or get some from another IHOP. No silverware was available for the guests, then they gave us plastic silverware when we asked for metal utensils they told us we gave you plastic ones. There was no spoons for the coffee, no syrup at our table had to take it from somewhere else. Server kept on forgetting things they had to go back to get things we weren't the only ones this happened too. You saw employees just talking away especially in the kitchen area. One employee was cleaning the entrance door windowa with what looked to be coffee filters. Also when I went to pay one employee was at registe

The server was nice, but the hostess was very distracted and not very good at prioritizing which customers to address first. Then my coffee mug was dirty it had somebody's lipstick and a piece of hair on it... I didn't mind waiting an extra long time for the food because I know that IHOP gets very busy especially with breakfast. But I was really disappointed and kinda shocked that I paid $18 for an avocado toast with two eggs and one piece of bacon that was crumbled up (the toast was hard as a rock I could not even cut through it with my butter knife) we also got charged per cup of chocolate milk (last time we were at IHOP we werent charged for a refill) so consistency with charges would be appreciated...

Broom and dust pan was left out near our table. Dirty tables around us. Old menus that don't have the new fish and shrimp plates available. Had to ask if they served them. Waitress had to ask the manager if they had it, they did, but no one will ever know if it's not on their menu. I ordered the fish plate and the fish was brown, not white. It was gross! Complained to the manager, and she only gave me a 50% discount because I had eaten some fries! Half the staff sat in the back with the manager and talked and carried on like they didn't have customers. This was a super Ghetto IHOP!
