This is a must and it should be a staple for the city of bethlehem. The server was awesome this little corner is like grandma kitchens it brings you back to a cozy place where you feel at home the food was excellent confort food for the soul the place was not too crowded couple tables and some customers at the counter their menu according to the server is very customizable from the sandwiches to the omelette you're able to create your own special request. I went clasic with the aunt Barbara quiche mushrooms onions and chedar where the future ingredients with a side salad and the Debbie downer sandwich on French toast amazing definitely keeping this place in my favorites list
Small/cozy diner. Very laid back. If you not looking for fancy but want a real nice meal th8s might be the place for you Vegetarian options: They had only one vegetarian option, "The Vegan". It was a tofu vegetable wrap. It was really good. I didn't need a second option. I actually went back the next day for another one. The side potatoes were excellent too.
I come here just for the vegan tofu scramble wrap and breakfast potatoes. Ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious and prepared well. Place is very very small so don't expect to sit down with a group. But the people are very nice and the place is clean. Limited street parking and it's best to call ahead for a reservation but it's worth it because the place is cozy comfortable and the food taste very good. My bf get the turkey bacon and various omelets and loves it. The prices are inflated but not outrageous. I go at least once a month, it's definitely a place worth trying. Vegetarian options: Tofu scramble wrap is delicious
