Papa Johns Pizza

I like Papa Johns pizza but the service at the Bethlehem Pa store needs great improvement. As a matter of fact they need to fire that GM. He is too aggressive to customers. I ordered a pizza and was told 30 minutes. I called back in 34 minutes and he was very defensive when I reminded him he told me 30 minutes wait. Then when he continued to argue with me and I promised I would never do business with his store again, his reply was "great." How's that for great customer service. 12/28/2017

Well, i am usually not a pizza fanatic, i usually do not order pizzas because most of them are made bad. To start with this chain on linden- costumer service is GREAT! Their pizza is GREAT! You feel welcomed in this place and this is why i keep returning! ive been here sooo many times now and every time i go here i leave HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was good and hot, and ready once I got there to pick it up. But it wasn't as advertised at all. And they forgot the sauce to my breadsticks. Outside of this experience, they are normally very good.
