The Pecan Bistro

This place is gross, the breakfast was trash. Hash browns taste like a greasy mess, eggs were wet and over cooked. Bacon was burnt. And the waffle machine was broken. Like none of their dishes are hard for them to be nasty. I think the cook is just bad ????. Save your money just go buy crackers out the vending machine if this is the only breakfast option when you come

We arrived at 6:30 and they only had pre made eggs, pre made bacon covered in grease, pre made biscuits. We tried ording from the actual menu, which only has 4 items on it. When we did and asked why we couldn't have what was on the menu-as it was well past opening at this point- the employee who scoops food, thats it, scoops food, leaves the register and storms off into the back kitchen. Leaving us with another worker who ends up telling us and the couple dozen other people who show up up to 7:15 AM that they cannot serve the menu items. We also witnessed an employee make a customer reach into a taped shipping box to get condiment. When we were told there was non. There was also no silverware until we asked for it at 6:45. You have the most simple job period. If you don't like it, find another. Don't ruin countless peoples mornings and waste their time. Terrible, rude, pathetic.

Truly bad food. They’re just taking advantage of hungry travelers without better options.
