QDOBA Mexican Eats

Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from qdoba. And the worst service. All the employees were slow and distracted. Pay them a living wage and the might be better, generally move quicker and appear even remotely efficient, and for god sakes teach them some people skills. This is the busiest airport in the US. Everyone is here with a timeline. These employees act like they just can’t wait for the line to end, but don’t realize the line only gets longer the slower they go. I’m sure the profit margins are great: airport fast food joint that skimps on serving size. Based on other reviews, this has been going on for at least a year. When is qdoba going to do anything about quality of service? When is Atlanta airport in general going to do anything about quality of services available?

This location had The rudest female employees I have ever met. As a disabled veteran. I have hearing loss and when I asked her to repeat herself, she just rolled her eyes and responded in a very snotty voice. The lady at the cash register was not any better. No smiles. If I could give this location a zero stars I would. Just avoid the Qdoba in Atlanta in terminal A. Should have checked the reviews before I went. Seems like they get a lot of one stars.

They are too skimpy when it comes to add meat in one's food. I truly dislike that. They charge almost ten dollars for a meal and give you more of the cheap stuff and almost no meat, specially when I've ordered on the app.
