The Pasta Factory

Stumbled across this little restaurant as we drove by. Decor was nice. Prices are ok. But mostly importantly, the food is good. Food portions aren't huge, but they're not small any means. Overall, it was a nice dining experience.

It was ok. Definitely not authentic Italian. It's Mexican-Italian. The bruschetta was a lot like Pico ????. And most everything is frozen food. I reheated my left-over chicken parmesean and it was a frozen patty like a chicken nugget(see pic). See all the pics of the chicken parmesean you can see they're all perfect circular patties. Do not order the appetizers!! We got the trio(must see pic of calamari). It was the worst calamari I have ever had in my life! It was rubbery as hell. The Mozzarella sticks and zucchini definately not the business. You can get better at a fast food joint. The drinks weren't even good????. The only thing worth going back for was the mushroom ravioli. Which every Italian place usually has mushroom ravioli. Their Alfredo needs some salt but it was ok. The salt and pepper shakers were so dirty(see pic) they try to make it look fancy. But I've been to fancy and I've been to hood. This is ghetto fabulous.
